Why should Russia say anything but NYET!?
1. Russia is winning the military war in Ukraine, defeating Clown World (the US and NATO proxies and their wunderwaffen).
2. Russia is winning the economic war with Clown World, and its economy is doing better than it was pre-sanctions.
3. After 'Minsk' Russia knows Clown World doesn't keep its deals or its word, and the shiny things/trade beads it has on offer aren't worth the price eventually paid.
