ObamaCare (the Affordable Care Act) was a fraud and a scam, sold with false promises, and imposed by the Democrats (C) because they could get away with it.
Now the $cam is revealed, and that makes maintaining the fiction of it a hill the Democrats are willing to die on...as they are during their shutdown.
