"Canadians to quit Afghanistan"- true but in reality it means that the Government has 18 months until it can go before Parliament and table a motion to extend the mission. The 2011 withdrawal date will be set in concrete, just like the 2009 withdrawal date, which is about to be superseded.

I think those Serb 'protests' that include burning the US Embassy would be great places to test out new 'Daisy Cutters' or MOABs. And it would have the added benefit of really getting their attention.
